Men from South Dublin who died in WW1 - List 2

I define South Dublin, as all places within County Dublin, South of the River Liffey. This list contains the names of some other South Dubliners, who were not included in Ken Kinsella's 2014 book, "Out of the Dark". It also includes some of those who died as late as 1921, the cut-off date used by CWGC for a "War Death". It includes those who were born in South Dublin, and those who lived for a period in South Dublin, but may have been born elsewhere.
