Joseph W. Delikat, 66, of 24 Shannon St., Wilkes-Barre Twp., died this morning in Mercy Hospital where he was admitted last night.
A native of Poland, he was employed in Wilkes-Barre as a miner prior to retiring. Mr. Delikat was a member of Holy Cross Polish National Catholic Church, Sheridan Street, City.
Surviving are his wife, the former Wanda Primancavage; children, William, Levittown, Pa.; Mrs. Ann Wolfe, Croydon; Mrs. Mary Pappas, Miners Mills; Patricia, at home; seven grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Stella Kamon, St. Claire Shores, Mich.
The funeral will be held from the Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, 21 N. Meade St., Thursday morning at 10. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
There will be no viewing.
