UNION - Services for Douglas Virgil "Doug" Goss will be held today, at 2 p.m., at Milling Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Spence and Rev. Rusty Walton officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery with Milling Funeral Home of Union in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Goss, 68, of Little Rock, died Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Goss was an avid outdoorsman.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Carolyn Goss of Little Rock; two daughters: Sonja Baucum and her husband Brent of Collinsville, and Teresa Edwards and her fiancé Kent Estes of Little Rock; two grandchildren: Isaiah Edwards and Anna Marie Baucum; one sister, Rachel Goss Ezelle and her husband Billy Ezelle; three brothers: Johnny Goss and his wife Kathy, Roy Goss and his wife Audrey, and Teddy Goss; and, numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Goss.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Burke, Keith Warren, Jerry Goss, Todd Pilgrim, Billy Coward, Sam Gressett, Mark Stewart, and Michael Shelby.

Doug loved his family which included two grandchildren which he cherished. He enjoyed the outdoors especially crappie fishing, deer and rabbit hunting. He had many friends and shared fellowship with many of them at a deer camp where he was a hard working dedicated member.
He also served his country as a tank crewman with Company C, 1St Battalion, 198th Armor (tank), 31st Infantry Division of the Mississippi Army National Guard from 1963 to 1969.
