Mrs. Richard Bratz

Mrs. Richard Bratz, 80, died Wednesday evening at her home in the town of Eaton, Route 1, Valders.

Nee Ernestina Schroeder, she was born Feb. 3, 1877, in the town of Manitowoc, the daughter of Julius and Florentine Boettcher Schroeder and on June 3, 1903 was married to Richard Bratz. They always farmed in the Town of Eaton. Her husband passed away in April of 1956.

Survivors are two sons, Albert on the homestead and Herman of Manitowoc; two daughters Mrs. Herbert Kiesow of Route 1, Valders and Mrs. Walter Dittman of Newton; one sister, Mrs. Fred Bohland of Sheboygan; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church at Collins with the Rev. Philip Press officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the Reedsville Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Friday until 10:30 a.m. Saturday and then at the church until the time of services.
