Some documents, specifically his SSN application, may have his DOB 2 years earlier due to the fact that he lied about his age in order to enlist into the Army during WWII. I've also reviewed documents that list his date of birth as 1921. There also seems to be some discrepancy about his date of death. His Military records show 1984, and his SSDI states 1985. I've also found 2 different SSI numbers. I'm still investigating.
