Jeffrey graduated from Edmond North High School in May 2002, where he participated in ROTC. During high school, he also was a student at Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech, graduating with honors in the National Vo-Tech Honor Society. Jeff attended the University of Central Oklahoma before enlisting in the US Army in January 2003. Before leaving for basic training, he married Amy Renea Hultman in February. He completed AIT at Goodfellow AFB and was then assigned to the 206th MI BN at Fort Gordon, GA as a Signals Intelligence Analyst. Jeff is survived by his wife Amy Renea and unborn child. Services were held at Baggerley Funeral Home, Edmond, Oklahoma.
