"BAILEY, PORTER Passed away at his home near Freemansburg, Wednesday, August 14, age of 42 years. Services held at the Freemansburg Baptist Church. Deceased was a son of Carr B. Bailey, and he was born at the old farm home near Vadis. Leaves brother, Emory Bailey of Salem, Oregon; sister, Mrs. Delbert Fury of Clarksburg; Lloyd O. Bailey, a half-brother, of Weston, and a half-brother and sister residing in Florida. Married at age of 29 years to Maude Hudkins, daughter of T. Lee Hudgins. They had six children. Surviving are wife and one son and one daughter."
