Dorothy graduated from Steubenville High School in 1952, Mount Union College in 1956 and taught first grade at Harding Elementary School. Later she became the coordinator of Student Affairs/ Financial Aid for Ohio Valley Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of Stow Methodist Church and enjoyed membership in church circles, senior citizens groups and book clubs throughout the community.
Preceded in death by parents, Frank and Mae Linton; husband, Bob Yohn in 1995 and sister, Karlene Stolnacker; she is survived by daughters, Linda (John) Wise and Karen (Bill) Spiker. She also leaves behind grandchildren, John (Christine) Wise, Kelly (Patrick) Janisch, Sarah (Joe) Hance, Rachel and Robby Spiker; and great-grandchildren, Kyle and Ava; nephew, David (Donna) Stolnacker; niece, Patty (Jeff) Koch and great-nephew, Zachary.
