Beverly died from a stroke on April 13, 1980. With her husband by her side.

From Beverly's life history. I was born October 6, 1927 to Vivian Rebecca Atkinson and George R. Sharp in a little brick home in Midvale, Utah. I can remember my grandpa Sharp so well because he treated me so wonderful.
My Mom divorced my Dad and went to live with Aunt Lottie.
My Mom married my Dad Bruce Harmon on May 21, 1930 and I love him very much. He took really good care of my Mom and me.

In school orchestra I learned how to play the Violin. In orchestra is where I first met Don Kinder. I stuck my violin bow in him, not intentionally, but we got to be real good friends. In 1943 many of the boys in our area were signing up for the war and one of them was Don Kinder. We wrote to each other. I dated and went to school. Then in 1944 Don wrote and asked me if I would take a ring from him and be engaged. I told him yes. I had been engaged to him for about 5 or 6 months when the ship he was on was bombed and he was in the hospital in Hawaii. He came home on a survivors leave and we were married on March 7, 1945 in the Salt Lake Temple. We had a beautiful wedding. lived in Washington State and Massachusetts when Don was in the Navy.

We had 5 beautiful daughters, Connie, Karen, Chritie, Carolee and Rebecca.

I was a primary and Sunday School teacher. Don and I worked as stake assistant dance directors. We took dance lessons at Tony De Carlos dance studio. We had a lot of fun learning different steps.

I worked at Harmon's café in Salt Lake and worked 11 years for Woolworths. Also worked at Dunford's Bakery.

I got involved with bowling and loved it. I was on a league for many years.

We took a lot of vacations with the family and loved doing things together as a family.

BEV YOU WILL BE LOVED AND MISSED BY ALL WHO KNEW YOU.
REST IN PEACE.
