Mrs. Ruth E. Earlywine, 45, of 24 Rex Road, was dead on arrival at Washington Hospital at 10:28 a.m. Sunday, June 14, 1970.
Mrs. Earlywine was born April 24, 1925, at West Finley, a daughter of Blanche E. Goodwin Wise, who survives, and the late Harley J. Wise.
She was a member of Grove Avenue Church of God.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph E. (Woody) Earlywine; two sons, Joseph E. Jr. and Edward, both at home; four daughters, Judith, wife of Robert Oneika, Honolulu, Hawaii; Helen, wife of William Archanbu, in New Hampshire; Cathy and Janet, both at home; her mother, Mrs. Blanche E. Wise, Washington, R. D. 1; five brothers, Lee Wise, Detroit, Mich.; John Raynor Wise, Claysville; Richard Wise, Washington; Harold Wise, Canonsburg, and Donald Wise, Washington, R. D. 1; three sisters, Margaret Huryn, Detroit, Mich.; Leota Hunt, Washington, R. D. 1, and Marie Ritchea, Wellsburg, W. Va. and two grandchildren.
EARLYWINE - Friends of Mrs. Ruth E. Earlywine, 24 Rex Road, Washington, who died Sunday, June 14, 1970, will be received from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Monday and Tuesday in the Robert E. Hummell Funeral Home, 585 Fayette Street, where services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, in charge of Rev. Douglas M. Bishop, pastor of Grove Avenue Church of God. Burial in Enon Baptist Church Cemetery, Enon.
