June R. Warren, age 71, passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. She was born on June 13, 1941 in Marian, Kansas, the daughter of Henry & Alice Cherry Day. She was a resident of Garden City, Kansas since 1981 moving from Hutchinson, Kansas. She was a Cook at Wheat Lands Restaurant in Garden City, Kansas for many years.

She was a member of the Word Of Life Church in Garden City, Kansas and also enjoyed attending the Finney County Senior Center.

Survivors Include her One Son - Randy Warren of Yukon, Oklahoma, Four Sisters - Carol Carey of Enid, Oklahoma, Faye Day of Enid, Oklahoma, Charlotte Kramer of Holcomb, Kansas, Shirley Denton of Pueblo, Colorado, Donna McConnell of Wyoming and Six Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, One Son – Dale Warren, One Infant Daughter – Berniece Ann Ruby Warren, One Grandson – Jamiey, One Brother – Roy Day and One Sister – Margaret.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas with Rev. Randy Caddell presiding.

Interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 12, 2012 in the Larned City Cemetery in Larned, Kansas.

Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, KS.

The family requests memorial be given to the June R. Warren Memorial Fund in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City.
