Kate Sanders Brewer, age 93, of Asheboro Died Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation.
Mrs. Brewer was born in the Eleazer Community of Randolph County on October 15,1919 to Farley and Nettie Russell Sanders. Kate was formerly employed with Bossony Hosiery, Acme-McCrary Coroporation, Dew Special and Shapiro & Shapiro. She was a member of First Baptist Church and in addition to her parents, Kate was Preceded in death by her husband Craig Brewer, sisters, Flossie Overton, Genie Cailicutt, Diza Kemp, Edna Sanders and Brother, Ron Sanders.
She is survived by her step son B.J. Brewer and his wife Lynn Luther Brewer of Asheboro NC, step daughter, Linda Brewer Allred and husband Odell Allred of Asheboro,NC, step granddaughter,Kristen Brewer of San Francisco, CA: sister, Veilie Sanders Stutts of Asheboro, NC, Nephews, Joe Cailicutt and his wife Martha Cailicutt of Asheboro, NC, Charles Kemp and his wife Sylvia Kemp of Asheboro,NC and neice, Hilda Mitchelland her husband Earle Mitchell of Springfield, VA.
