William (Bill) Lynch William (Bill) Lynch passed from this life on November 4, 2012 at the age of 97. He was born on July 28, 1915 in Littlefield, Texas to William and Blanche Lynch. Bill is preceded in death by his wife, Oleva, his parents, four brothers and on sister. He survived by his three daughters and their spouses: Richard and Cathy Howard, Jim and Karen Couto and John and Jane Akins; two brothers: Kermit and Don Lynch; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Bill began preaching the gospel message when he was twenty years old at the Church of Christ in Delano, California. He dedicated his entire life to ministry, working with several different Church of Christ's up and down the valley. He preached his last sermon on the first Sunday this last June at the M Street Church of Christ in Tulare. California at the age of 96. He has resided at the Tulare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center fro the last 4 1/2 years receiving loving care from their wonderful staff. The Family would like to thank everyone at the home and Odyssey Hospice for their kind service to him. He was a loyal servant of God and has gone on to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Viewing will be held from 12-8 p.m. Thurs., Nov. 8, 2012 at Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel, Tulare. Services will be held at 1 p.m., Fri., Nov. 9, 2012 also at Peers Lorentzen Funeral Chapel, Tulare with burial following and North Tulare Cemetery.
