Walter F. Bolivar, 82, Dayspring, died Monday in Harbour View Haven, Lunenburg. Born in Dayspring, he was a son of the late Albert and Margaret (Conrad) Bolivar. He was a well-known lumberman and sawmill operator for many years. He is survived by his wife, the former Marion Franklin; three sons, Bruce, William, Avard, all of Dayspring; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He was predecased by six sisters, Alma, Lara, Margaret, Mary, Hildred, Ruth; three brothers, Carlton, Thomas, Herbert. The body is in Sweeny's Funeral Home, Bridgewater, visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Thursday, where funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday, Rev. Hugh McNally officiating. Burial will be in Dayspring Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations may be made to any charity.
