DARRELL D. SPARKS 62 years of age of Bradshaw, WV passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at his home. Born in McDowell County, February 13, 1942 he was the son of the late James Everett Sparks and Oma Addair Sparks. He was of the Pentecostal Faith and a disabled United Food Worker.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister: Marline Sparks.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years: Patsy (Tina)Rife Sparks of Bradshaw, WV; mother-in-law: Theodocia Rife of Raysal, WV; one daughter: Kimberly Mueller and husband Herman of Richmond, VA; two sons: Ernest and Kevin Sparks of the home; three brothers: E. C. Sparks of Bradshaw, WV, Ernest Sparks of Princeton, WV, Swanson Sparks of Bradshaw, WV; two step-grandchildren: Jason Mueller and Patrick Mueller.
Funeral services for Darrell D. Sparks will be conducted Friday, December 10, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at the Shiloh Temple Church on Pea Patch, White Mountain, VA with Reverends: Thomas Ward, Billy Ward and Timmy Ward officiating. Burial will follow in the Rife Cemetery on White Mountain, VA.
Active Pallbearers will be Family and Friends. Honorary Pallbearers will be Annie Rife, Theodocia Rife, Larry Allen, Jeff Mullins and Curt Monaghan.
The family will receive friends at the Shiloh Temple Church after 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening. Services will be held at 7:00 p.m.
