MORIAH, N.Y. — Patrick W. Smith, age 56, of Moriah, passed away early Wednesday morning on February 29th 2012.
He was born on January 25th 1956, he was the son of the late William M. and Agnes J. (Weston) Smith, he was one of seven children.
He worked as a Steel Worker and traveled many miles to do it.
Patrick had many joys in his life, which included camping, fishing, watching NASCAR and especially riding his Harley and rode to the end.
For years he dreamed of building his own bike, and that he did.
He was predeceased by his parents; his father William Smith in 1987 and his mother Agnes Smith in 1999, three brothers; Gary F. Smith on November 23rd 2002, Leon Francis Smith on January 12th 2010, and William "Billy" S. Murdock on July 3rd 2010, one sister-in-law; Susanne "Sue" Carol (Swan) Murdock on September 24th 2000, and one niece; Loni Jean (Murdock) Orr on September 2nd 2001.
Arrangements by the Harland Funeral Home on 4279 Main Street in Port Henry, N.Y.
Burial will be at a later date.
