Edwin Adam

Edwin W. Adam, 1403 Kentucky Ave., passed away at St. Nicholas Hospital Friday morning.

He was born in Sheboygan on May 17, 1873, the son of Carl and Johanna Adam. He attended Trinity Lutheran Parochial School and was confirmed with the class of 1886.

On Oct. 25, 1902, he was married to Miss Elizabeth Abraham. He was an employe of the Armour Leather Co. for over 35 years.

Survivors include two sons, Clarence and Marvin, both of Sheboygan; two grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Alma Dechent, of Chicago; and one brother, Paul, of Sheboygan.

His wife passed away on Feb. 28, 1948. He was also preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Monday, at the Ramm Funeral Home. The Rev. Carl W. Ladewig, pastor of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, will officiate, and burial will be made in the Lutheran Cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the funeral home from 7:30 p.m. Saturday, until the hour of services on Monday.
