Our reporter at Flycreek says: Mrs. S. A. Carey, widow of the late George V. Cary, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Henry W. Randall in this village, on the morning of Nov. 20, after many years of invalidism, aged seventy-eight years.
Mrs. Cary was a gentle woman of refinement and Christian culture, and the benign influence of her presence was felt by all who came in contact with her. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church and of the W. C. T. U. She was prevented from taking an active part through her extreme frailty which kept her confined to her room many a long period , during which she has been most tenderly cared for by her devoted daughter and members of the family who have the sympathy of the entire community.
Funeral was held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon.
