He was born in Littlestown, a son of the late Charles and Minerva DeGroft Weaver.
He was a member of the Annuncation Church, McSherrystown, and was a retired employee of the Redco Corp in York.
He is survived by his wife, Pauline J. Livelsberger Weaver; two sons, Donald A. Weaver and Gerald J. Weaver, both of Hanover; 11 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one brother, Louis Weaver, McSherrystown.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, meeting at Hicks Funeral Home, McSherrystown, at 8:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Annunciation Church at 9 a.m. with the Rev. Edward Bober officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
