Terry Lee Devins 52, of Troy Mo. passed away as a result of a hunting accident on Friday November 16, 2012 in Moscow Mills, Mo. He was born on August 11, 1960 in Clinton Indiana, a son of Larry D. and Carol S. Devins. He was united in marrige to Jean An Hauck on November 3, 1984 in Princeton Illionis, to this union three sons were born.

Terry graduated from Princeton High School in 1978 ans continued his education at Eastern Illinois University, earning an Assciate's Degree in Buisness. He and JeanAnn moved to St Charles in 1986 and late moved to roy in 2001. Terry and his wife owned and operated Devins Cable Inc. from 1984 till 1987, then starting DevCom Ulities Contractor Inc. e was well respected in his profession and known by his colleagues to be very honest, dependable, and knowledgeable in his craft.

By far, his greatest joy was spending time with his family. His children were the world to him and from the time they were born, his life revolved around spending any and all free time with them, especially outdoor activities. Boating, fishing, hunting, 4 wheeling, snow ski trios and beach vacation were among his favorite things to do with his family and friends. He as a loving generous, compassionate ad fun husband, fathe and friend. He often said that you would be a happy ma if you followed the advice from the John Anderson, Blck Sheep. "Wake me up early, be good to my dogs and teach my chilren to pray".

He was a member of Ducks Unlimited, Northen American unting Club, NRA and Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

He is survived by his loving wife, JeanAnn Devins of Troy Mo. his children, Shea Devins, Elise Devins and Cllen Devins of Troy Mo. hismother Carol Devins ofPrinceton Il. two sisters, Greta Frazier and husband Tim, and Tammy Kastor and husband Rodney of Princeton Il. his mother in law, Annette Hauck of Wentzville Mo. numerous nieces, nephews, mny of whom referred to him as "Uncle Wee-Haw" because he was so much fun. He was preceded in eath by his father Larry Devins, one son, Sean McElwain (Mackie) Devins, one brother, Cory Devins and one father in law, Richard Hauck.

Family and friends will be received from 4-7p.m. on Wednesday November 21, 2012 at Kemper Marsh Millard Family Funeral Home/Troy Chpel. Funeral services will be held at 7p.m. on Wednesday November 21, 2012 at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to he St Vincent de Paul Society. in care of the funeral home.
