Mr. Dallas Jarvis who has lived for some time in Dayton died at his home there Friday, February 11. Funeral services were held at the East Dayton M. E. Church and buried in East Dayton Cemetery. He has suffered from a nervous disease so that he has been unable to work for several years, sometimes being unable to feed himself. He leaves a wife, an adopted daughter Miss Frances Ashley, and a brother Otis Jarvis of Kingston.
