David married Diane Marquez, Feb 14 1992 at Hutchinson, Kansas. He is survived by his widow, three daughters, Ashley Dawn Fors, Meagan Nicole Fors of McPherson, Kansas and Cheyanne Rene Fors of Inman, Kansas. Two granddaughters and a grandson, two sisters and a brother, several nieces and nephews. He was preceeded by his parents and two sisters. He was cremated and part of his ashes are buried at the foot of his fathers grave at Eastside Cemetery, Hutchinson, Kansas. The children got the rest.
