Our loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Alice Tolman Broomhead, 89, died peacefully at her home on Feb 18,2004.
Born June 4,1914 in Lovell, Wyoming to Judson L and Pauline Hatch Tolman.
Married Rulon T. Broomhead who preceeded her in death. She enjoyed quilting, traveling and mostly being with her family. A member of the LDS church and served in many church and civic positions.
Survived by children Alden (Boomer) and Jackie Broomhead, Nancy and John Cederlof, Ron L and LaRae Broomhead. Ric Alexander and Taunya and Steve Robbins; 21 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, one sister Beatrice Coyner, brother-in-law Frances Banks and June Broomhead. Preceeded in death by daughter Thelma and grandson Jaren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home 12600 So. 2200 W. where friends may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Sat. one hour prior to services. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.

This is my Mom's sister. I have fond memories of staying at their house during Alpine Days. Also playing their old player piano with my cousin Ron. Good times were had.
Aunt Alice was married to my Dad's brother Elmer Merald Smith, later divorced before she married Rulon Broomhead.
