Daniels, Ted J., age 83 passed away Wednesday November 21, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents Isaac and Maxiene, sister Ruby Workman, grandson Kirk Shepard and his first wife Marie.

He is survived by his wife Velma, sons Mike (Michelle), Terry (Beth) Daniels and one daughter Karen (Paul) Stephens. He is also survived by his brother Larry (Sandra) Daniels, sixteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Other survivors include a host of nieces and nephews.

Ted grew up in Birmingham; he was retired from Dixie Supply Company with 52 years of service in the food service equipment business. He was a active member of the First Baptist Church of Trussville and served in various mission groups with a special love for the Men on Missions. Ted loved God, Family and Country. He was a friend to all who knew him.

Funeral service will be Friday November 23, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Trussville at 2:00 P.M. with Ridout's Trussville Chapel directing, interment will follow with military honors in Jefferson Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers the family request contributions to the Men on Missions at First Baptist of Trussville or the American Cancer Society.
