Ocala - Mr. Keith O. Bowen, Sr. passed away in Ocala, FL on October 28, 2008. He was born in LaGrange, GA on June 8, 1946. He retired from the US Air Force and was a retired Salesman for Bray's Welding. He moved to the area in 1957 from LaGrange, GA. He is predeceased by his father Hammett L. Bowen, Sr. and his brother Hammett L. Bowen, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years Dee. He is also survived by a daughter Tracy Strong and a granddaughter Megan Prairie, both of Ocala. Two sons, Keith Bowen, Jr. and Kevin L. Bowen, both of Ocala. One brother, Andy Bradley of Mayo, FL. A gathering of friends will take place on Thursday, October 30th from 5-7 p.m. A funeral service will be Friday at 2 p.m. also at Roberts Downtown Chapel 606 SW 2nd Ave Ocala, FL. Graveside Services will take place Monday, Nov. 3rd in LaGrange, GA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Marion County and to Marion County Veterans Park.
