Abraham L. Smith

Abraham Lincoln Smith, 68, husband of Mrs. Eva Coffman Smith, died Wednesday at 3 p.m. at his residence, 250 Frederick St.

He was born in Shenandoah, Va., the son of Mrs. Margaret Sly Smith and the late Hiram L. Smith. He has resided in Hagerstown most of his life.

He was last employed by Dorbee Manufacturing Co.

Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Judy Breeden, and one son, Lee L. Smith, both of Hagerstown, two step-sons, Wayne B. Morris of
Hagerstown and Jack O. Morris of Alexandria, Va.; one brother, Marvin W. Smith of Hagerstown; and 10 grandchildren.

Private services will be held at the Norment Funeral Home with the Rev. Vernon Miles officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9.
