Born in 1946 in Flushing, New York. Graduated Stranahan High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1964. Played French horn in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami Symphony Orchestras. Attended Broward Co. Junior College in 1965. Attended the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre in New York City, (1965-66). Entered the U.S. Navy in 1966 and served two 11-month tours of duty in Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1970. Worked as an actor, member of Equity, until 1976. Moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1977. Helped create the Macro Society Community in 1979; ordained as a minister. Opened Adam's Bookstore in 1984. Some-time member of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA) Inc.
