JAMES E. MARSHALL JR., 71, of Memphis, partner of Security One, died of heart failure Monday at Saint Francis Hospital. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial in Memorial Park. He was a National Guard Reserves veteran. Mr. Marshall, the husband of Dolores S. Marshall, also leaves two sons, Barry Marshall of Olive Branch and Kevin Marshall of Memphis; three sisters, Sue McIntyre of Mason, Linda Berry of Olive Branch and Doris Schrimscher of Braden, Fla., and a grandchild.
