Harley A. Poda, age 74, of San Francisco, Calif. died January 27, in San Francisco. Mr. Poda was a native of Bluffton, the son of the late Andrew and Mattie Taylor Poda.
Survivors, other than his wife, Evelyn Poda, are one daughter, Francis of Nevada; one brother, Tom Poda of Hot Springs; two sisters, Lessie Rhoades of Danville and Lillian Jones of Forrestville, Calif.
Funeral services were Thursday, January 31, at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church, by Rev. Joe Braddy. Interment was at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery near Gravelly.
