Funeral services for Mr. Curtis Hilton Cashion, age 80, of Fayetteville, TN, who passed away Saturday, November 24, 2012, at the Donalson Skill Care Center, will be conducted Monday, November 26, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Higgins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Buntley Cemetery.
Mr. Cashion was a native of Lincoln County, TN, the son of the late Curtis and Bessie Pitts Cashion. He was a Marine, a tree surgeon for over 30 years and a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Flora Cashion of Fayetteville, TN, daughter Debra Eslick and husband Terry of Fayetteville, TN, sons Jimmy Cashion and wife Sherri of Fayetteville, TN, Garry Cravens and wife Donna of Cookeville, TN, grandson Derrick Eslick, step-granddaughters Amy Mahan and husband Mark, and Rebecca Smith and husband Ronnie, step-grandsons Brandon Garrsion and wife Casey, and Danny Smith and wife Jessica, step-great-grandsons Nev Sullivan, Cade Sullivan, Collen Garrison and Brody Garrison, brother Archie Cashion of Flintville, TN and best friends Gordon and Linda Lill of Huntsville, AL. Mr. Cashion was preceded in death by twin daughters Vickie Jan and Vivian Ann Cashion.
Visitation with the family will be Monday from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Higgins Funeral Home.
