Jacob A. Mallmann, 64, of R. 4, Chilton, died at his home Monday afternoon. Death was attributed to a heart attack.

He was born at School Hill March 2, 1900, and lived there most of his life.

He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Mallmann, attended parochial school at School Hill, and was married at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Chilton to Gertrude Lodes, May 6, 1930.

Mr. Mallmann was a member of St. Joseph’s Society and the Holy Name at St. Mary’s and the Catholic Knights of School Hill.

Surviving are his wife; four sons, Raymond, Edward, and Norbert, all of R. 4, Chilton, and Anthony, R. 2, Kiel, and seven daughters, Mrs. Peter Bangart, R. 1, Brillion; Mrs. Allan Tikalsky, Manitowoc; Mrs. Donald Heller, R. 1, Chilton; Mrs. Gene Fritsch, R. 2, Kiel, Mrs. Charles Bangart, R. 1, Chilton, and Anna Mae and Dorothy at home.

He is also survived by 31 grandchildren; two brothers, John, Sheboygan and William, Montgomery Park, Calif., and Five sisters, Mrs. John Fahres, Mrs. Lena Tilgar, Mrs. John Heff and Mrs. Paul Wilbert, all of Sheboygan, and Mrs. Herbert Kretsch, Manitowoc. A son preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be Friday at St. Mary’s Church, with the Rev. Henry Schmitt, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
