CHESTER L. PARKE

Chester L. Parke, 69, a native of Wabash County, died at 11 a.m. Sunday at his home in Marion. He was in failing health for several months.

Mr. Parke, a retired self-employed construction worker, lived most of his life in the Marion area.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Needham and Son Funeral Home, Marion. The Rev. David Wilkinson will officiate. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery, Marion. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Surviving is one daughter, Mrs. Robert (Carolyn) Smith, Marion, one stepdaughter, Phyllis Wiemer, Marion, two stepsons, Kenneth Waller and Walter Poole, both of Marion and two sisters, Thelma Boweres and Ruby Craig, both of Wasbash.
