Anna K. Denlinger, 98, passed away Feb-
ruary 9, 1995 at a Frankfort Care Home
where she had been a resident for several
years.
She was born 1896 in Bremen, Kansas
the daughter of Frank and Francis (Salma)
Stehlik. She lived in Marshall County
area most of her life teaching in some
of the rural schools and as a substitute
teacher in the Frankfort Grade School.
She married to Tony Beran in 1920; he
passed away in 1924. In 1926 she
married William Zabel and they were
divorced. In 1966 she married Floyd
Denlinger, who passed away in 1967.
She is survived by a daughter Melba
Spoo, Frankfort, Kansas; one son Ivan
Beran, Marysville, Kansas; four grand-
children and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
a brother David Stehik; three sisters,
Emma Bramlage, Frances Flora and
Agnes Evans; and a great grandson Aaron
W. Spoo.
Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday,
February, 13, 1995 at the Padden Funeral
Chapel in Frankfort, Kansas with Reverend
Loren Mohler presiding.
Burial was in Frankfort Cemetery,
Frankfort, Kansas.
Pallbearers were Dennis Sedlacek, Randy
Slifer, Mike Farrell, Jack Kelley, Dan
Wullschleger and Wayne Fincham.
