Cecil A. Todd

Cecil Alex Todd , 69, of Green Bay Circle, died Wednesday, March 5, 1997, at Columbia Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.

He was born May 15, 1927, in Charlotte, N.C., a son of the late Cecil and Stella Alexander Todd .

Mr. Todd retired from the Air Force with 30 years of service. He was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He also retired from the Public Works Department in Myrtle Beach after 16 years.

He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church, where he was an usher and a member of the Knights of Columbus, third and fourth degree. He was a member of VFW Post 7735 of Myrtle Beach.

Survivors include his wife, Clementine Starinieri Todd ; two sons, Bradley Todd and Barry Todd , both of Myrtle Beach; three daughters, Brenda Hays of North Augusta, Belinda Satiago of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Benita Monseur of Myrtle Beach; two brothers, David Todd of Rocky Mount, N.C., and Eugene Todd of Charlotte; a sister, Effie Warner of Charlotte; six grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Burial with military honors will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
