LEWIS F. DRAPER
MARION--Lewis F. Draper 71, of 782 Filmore Ave. Marion died Sunday at his home.
A native of Morgan County, he was a son of Charles H. and Lucy Dunlap. His wife, Janie Braglin Draper, died in 1928.
He was a retired maintenance man on the Erie and Lackawana Railroad and had resided in Marion for 23 years. Prior to that he lived in Jacksonville.
Surving are a son Charles S. of Marion; four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Noland, Mrs. Mary L. Mount, and Mrs. Ada F. Noggle, all of Marion; and Mrs. Irma Dirth of Prospect; 34 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted Tuesday, 2 p.m. at the Boyd funeral home, 122 W. Columbia St., Marion. Burial will be in the Trimble Cemetery at 1 p.m. Wednesday, where graveside services will be held.
