MRS. CORNELIA DEYO LEFEVRE
Mrs. Cornelia Deyo LeFevre, widow of Moses LeFevre, died suddenly at her home, 65 East Main Street, Middletown, N.Y., on Thursday morning, April 26, 1928.
Mrs. LeFevre had been in failing health for nearly a year, but was not considered dangerously ill. The immediate cause of her death was a severe heart attack from which she did not rally.
She was born in New Paltz, February 1, 1851, the daughter of Ira Deyo and Sarah DuBois, and was married on April 20, 1881. She was a member of the Reformed Church. Rev, Edwin D. Miner conducted the funeral services which were held in New Paltz at the home of her brother, Perry Deyo, on Saturday afternoon.
Mrs. LeFevre is survived by a son Ira Deyo LeFevre of Schenectady, a daughter Helena Smedes LeFevre of Middletown, and six grandchildren. A son Johannes died January 17, 1925.
The bearers were Simon LeFevre, James O. LeFevre, Jerome LeFevre, Josiah P. LeFevre, Martin DuBois, Philip DuBois.
