Eva C. Heck, age 99 years young, of Dundee, Michigan passed away on Monday, November 26, 2012 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. She was born in Deerfield on May 26, 1913 the daughter of Samuel and Lena (Traub) Keinath. She graduated from Deerfield High School and married Duane A. Heck January, 1938. He died in 1943 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident which nearly claimed Eva's life.. She had worked for the General Telephone Company in Dundee as an operator and had retired from K-Mart Store in Ypsilanti in 1978.She is a member of the Dundee United Methodist Church and the Dundee Senior Citizens. She was a very devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and loved spending time with them. She loved playing bingo and loved to shop and was a very young thinking and acting person even at her age. Survivors include her daughter Bonnie (Hibbert) Lowell of Ypsilanti; grandsons David and Melissa Lowell and Dennis (Teresa) Lowell both of Ypsilanti; sister Donna Bacarella of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan; great-grandchildren Mackenzie Lowell, Olivia Lowell, David Lowell Jr., Kendall Lowell, Jillian Lowell, Brittany Bolton, Mark Bolton Jr., Tony Bolton, Marissa Bolton and Andy Bolton. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Irving Keinath, Stacy Keinath and sister Alice Buckles. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until funeral services at 2:00 P.M., on Friday, November 30, 2012 at the Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh Street in Dundee (734-529-3156) Officiating will be Rev.
