Ada Belle Baldwin Campbell, 89, of Brant Beach, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Dec. 6, 1922 in Keyport to Alice and Walter Baldwin.

Ada Belle was the beloved wife of Charles Covert Campbell for 66 years. Sister to Frances Roller and Shirley Bulger. She is survived by her three sons, Charles Covert Campbell Jr. and his wife Anne, George Allen Campbell and his wife Carol and William Robert Campbell and his wife Jacqueline; her five grandchildren, Tracy Lynn and Bob Staples, William Robert Campbell Jr., Allison Lee and Jason Cottone, Leigh Ann and Tom Fitzsimmons, and Brian George Campbell; and two great-grandchildren, Aiden and Ella.

Ada Belle was a graduate of Keyport High School and New Jersey State Teachers College and taught many years at Keyport Central School. She was an active member of the Keyport Yacht Club Auxiliary. After retiring, she volunteered her time at Southern Ocean County Hospital Old and New Thrift Shop. She loved traveling, reading and her summers at the Jersey Shore. Ada Belle was a member of the The First United Methodist Church in Brant Beach.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. at Bedle Funeral Home, 61 Broad St., Keyport. Interment will be handled privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Southern Ocean Medical Center Foundation, 1140 Route 72 West, Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
