From obituary, located in the "Flint Journal," dated 19 July 1999, page C3: GLASS, Ruby Mae - of Bernie, Missouri, age 90, died Sunday, July 18, 1999 at Masonic Home, Alma, Michigan. Funeral service will be held 1 PM Tuesday, July 20, 1999, at Groves Chapel Hansen Funeral Home, 421 N. Main St., Davison. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Rev. Jennings officiating. Ruby was born in Kane, Missouri, May 30, 1904, the daughter of Augustus and Levica Ellen (Gibson) Richert. She was joined in marriage to Claude Glass in 1931 and he preceded her in death in 1975. Surviving are: son, Albert and wife Nola Beard of Burton. She was preceded in death by daughters Alberta August Beard and Frankie Howard.
