I know he died Sept *, 1928. The birth year of April 1, 1915 on his death certificate does not add up to the age of 13yr, mo, 17 days. I have an old homemade notebook that lists his birth day as Mar 16, 1915. This would make him 13yr, 5 mos and 24 days. Even though his father gave the information, it does not mean he remembered correctly at the time. I believe the March 16, 1915 is probably more accurate.
