Betty Lee Lutz passed away November 29th at her home in Arlington, Texas. Betty was born March 5, 1932 to Al and Eva Gummow in San Luis Obispo, California. She was a gifted quilt maker, seamstress and had designed and created her own wardrobe. Betty enjoyed squaredancing and always had a smile on her face. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will forever be missed. Betty is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Lutz; Sons, Ron Lutz and Robert (Joe) Duane Lutz; daughter, Patricia Lynn Cooper and husband Kenneth; brother, Dean Gummow and wife Barbara; sister-n-law, "Tiny" Collar;...
Betty Lee Lutz passed away November 29th at her home in Arlington, Texas. Betty was born March 5, 1932 to Al and Eva Gummow in San Luis Obispo, California. She was a gifted quilt maker, seamstress and had designed and created her own wardrobe. Betty enjoyed squaredancing and always had a smile on her face. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will forever be missed. Betty is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert Lutz; Sons, Ron Lutz and Robert (Joe) Duane Lutz; daughter, Patricia Lynn Cooper and husband Kenneth; brother, Dean Gummow and wife Barbara; sister-n-law, "Tiny" Collar; grandchildren, Ryan and Tara Lutz, Reagan, Baker, Delaney Lutz, Morgan Lutz, Mason Lutz and Kristin and Kalin Cooper; great-grandchildren, Margueax and Molly Mayward and Sam Deitz; special friends, Joann and Jack, Janis, Sharon, Judy, Imogene, Diana, Amy, Stephanie, Judy, Muldoon and Nancy ; along with many nieces, nephews and her dog, Oreo. The family would like to give special thanks to Community Hospice for all of the care they showed towards Mrs. Betty Lutz. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Lung Association and The American Leukemia Society. The family will accept visitors on Sunday, December 2 from 2 to 4 pm at Moore Funeral Home. Services will be held on Monday, December 3 at 3 pm at Moore Funeral Home Chapel.
