Leatha Faye Paul Tallent Marten was born June 3, 1925, in Fulton County, daughter of Roy and Myrtle Paul. She married Roy Tallent in 1941 and later married Dwaine Marten in 1980, in Chestnut.
Surviving are husband, Dwaine; sons Robert Tallent and Larry Tallent; daughter, Ann Winchell; step-son, Randy Marten; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchidren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; a step-granddaughter; sister, Mildred Wison and brother, Lawrence Paul.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Roy in 1975; daughter, Sandra Faye Tallent and 13 brothers and sisters.
