Source same as husbands.(1)Aunt Vera (their Granddaughter and daughter of Samuel Edgar Draughn) had in diary that belong to her mother" Lue Ellen Epperson Draughn", that Emma Zetta died 26 Aug. 1910. Emmazetta was buried close to where they lived down behind Red Bank Primitive Baptist Church. When I was a little girl Uncle Russell, Aunt Rachel , my daddy "Elliott", and my mamma, "Frances" and I , "Esther" went down to see where she was buried. Uncle Russell knew where she was buried and he showed us. It was close to where they lived in an old log cabin at that time. Uncle Russell said Emma
Zetta was buried right beside of the log cabin.Uncle Russell pointed to the top of a hill close by and said look at those rocks up there that is where other people are buried. Red Bank church was not built at the time she died. In Patrick Co.,Va. cemetery book it has DRAUGHN, MABRY, ANDERSON, Graves, located about 200 yards north of Dan River, about half way between road # 103 and road #773, near the foot of Simmons Mountain. Information from Col. James S. Love. There are approximately 12 graves, all of which are marked by field stones, no inscriptions. Three are known, as follows Elmer Mabry, Emma Draughn, Lucy Anderson, (all probably died between 1900-1910).In 1900 census of William Darughn Family, Patrick Co., Va .it has William, Emma, Samuel E. and Lula L. it has 8 children born and 6 still alive.
