GLASGOW - Elizabeth Taylor, 85, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, at Glenview Health Care in Glasgow.
She was a daughter of the late Riley and Evie Lewis Goodman and wife of the late James H. (Jimmy) Taylor. She was a retired nurse's aide.
Funeral services will be Thursday, Feb. 26, at 1 p.m. at McMurtrey Funeral Home, Summer Shade, with the Rev. C.G. Morrison officiating. Burial will follow in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
She is survived by two sisters: Frances Duff and Mary Jane Goodman, both of Horse Cave; one brother: Jake Goodman of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and six brothers.
