Marion Emma Fetzer was the second girl to be born to Gottlieb and Lillie (Boetcher) Fetzer. Her older sister was named Virginia (Fetzer) Woods, with Luella (Fetzer) DeNapoli, being her younger sister. Bernard Fetzer, her brother was the youngest of the four.

She met (Americo Pereira) aka Tex Perry in the mid 1940's. They were married on January 4, 1946 in Maryland with her sister Virgina and her husband Roger Woods on the same day.

Tex and Marion had three children:

Donald Bernard Perry
Gary Edward Perry
Kathleen Marion (Perry) Scirico

Her son, Donald Bernard Perry passed away on March 28, 2006.
