Mary Francis Terrell was born in the state of Kansas, July 8, 1898 and died March 3rd, 1920 at her home one mile north of Catesby after an illness of only two days. Aged 21 years 7 months and 24 days, she had however suffered a light attack of the flu only two weeks prior to her sudden illness on Monday and her demise the following Wednesday.

Mrs. Terrell was a splendid young lady and wife and was affectionately loved by fond parents.

She came to Oklahoma with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Hume in June 1903 where Mr. Hume homesteaded near Speermoore. Here she lived with her parents until in April 1919 when she was married to Mr. Roy Terrell.

The deceased leaves a husband, father, mother, one sister and two brothers to withstand these hours of sadness and many friends who recognize the absence of a true and faithful associate from their midst.

Interment was made in the Speermoore cemetery following the funeral services conducted by the Rev. Fallo at the home of her parents.
