Richard E. "Dick" Rein, 74, of 321 E. Elmhurst died Thursday, Feb. 8, 1996, at Methodist Medical Center.
Born June 2, 1921, in Peoria to Ervin L. and Helen E. Piepenstock Rein, he married Elizabeth L. Look on July 14, 1946, in Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Jimmy (Carol) Johnson of Peoria Heights; and one son, Ronald R. of Montgomery, Ala. He was preceded in death by one brother.
An employee of Wahfeld Manufacturing Co. for 39 years, he retired as a shipping foreman in June 1986. He was a World War II Army veteran.
Entombment will be in Springdale Mausoleum in Peoria.
