Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Mettie Johnston Beavers of Pineville; one stepson, E.C. Lambert of West Monroe; three brothers, Ernest Beavers and Carlos Beavers, both of West Monroe, and Luther Beavers of Phoenix City, Ala.; two sisters, Mrs. Alfa Griffin of Pollock and Mrs. R.W. Coody of Pineville, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hixson Bros. chapel in Pineville. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
