Cathie Ann Bohlar, age 44, of Vernal, Utah, died March 30, 1994 at the Ashley Valley Medical Center in Vernal, Utah.
She was born September 30, 1940 in Shamrock, Texas, a daughter of Charley and Mary Margaret White Bohlar.
Cathie was a member of the Baptist Church. She loved music and had a nice record collection. She also collected bears and she loved being with people.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Hythan Lois Summers and Peggy Yphonne Bohlar.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, William and Betty Rawlings, Vernal, Utah; niece and nephew, Peggy and Carl Avant, Amarillo, Texas and great nephew, Shane Avant, also of Amarillo.
Burial was in the Shamrock Cemetery, Shamrock, Texas.
