Agnes Dyer passed away peacefully at home on August 17, 2005 at the age of 75. Agnes was born in Wakaw Sask. in 1930 and had lived in Agassiz for 61 years. Survived by her husband Spud Dyer, son Wayne Dyer (Cheryl), daughter Cindy McRae (Gord), daughter Darla Humeny (Loren), grandchildren Jason Dyer, Tia Dyer, Dinai Arnold, Chandelle Lidster, Ryan Agar, Landyn and Shelsi Humeny, great grandchildren Bailie, Bradee, Tiersa, Brody and Brianne. Agnes was predeceased by her son Clifford and daughter Darlene. Agnes was a member of the Royal Purple, O.O.R.P. for 54 years, hobbies included hooking rugs, knitting, crocheting, floor curling and bocce ball. Memorial service was held at Henderson's Funeral Home, Chilliwack BC on Saturday August 20, 2005 at 2:00 pm, Rev. Kevin Pentland officiating. Interment at Valley View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation in her memory.
